1. Prices

All prices are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) excluding VAT, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.


2. Payment

KM Specialisten accepts payment via:

  • VISA/Dankort
  • VISA
  • VISA Electron
  • Mastercard
  • Bank transfer (by agreement)

For digital or service-based deliveries, payment is invoiced in advance or according to separate agreement. For subscriptions or ongoing collaborations, payment terms are stated in individual agreements.


3. Delivery / Service Delivery

Most of our services are delivered digitally via email, remote access, online meetings, or other electronic communication platforms.

For physical products or materials (e.g. terminals, hardware, or other equipment), we primarily deliver to Zealand. Shipping starts from DKK 199. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days unless otherwise agreed.

The delivery time and method for services will be arranged individually and specified in the respective agreement.


4. Right of Complaint

Physical products: A 2-year right of complaint is granted under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right of complaint does not cover errors caused by misuse, unauthorized intervention, or normal wear and tear. Please contact us via the contact form before returning any product.

Services: If you are dissatisfied with a delivered service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and find an appropriate solution.


5. Liability and Disclaimer (for services)

KM Specialisten accepts no liability for indirect losses, business interruption, loss of profits, or other economic consequential losses related to the use of our services, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
KM Specialisten does not guarantee specific results unless clearly defined in the signed agreement.


6. Right of Withdrawal (for consumers only)

As a general rule, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases made online.

For services:
The right of withdrawal lapses when:

  • Delivery of the service has begun with your express consent, and
  • You have acknowledged that your right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully delivered.

If the service is only partially delivered at the time of withdrawal, KM Specialisten is entitled to proportional payment for the work already performed.

For physical products:
You must return the product within 14 days after notifying us of your wish to withdraw. You are responsible for return shipping costs. The product must be returned in essentially the same condition as upon receipt.


7. Refunds

If a withdrawal is approved, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. If a bank transfer is required, please provide your account number (registration and account number).


8. Returns

Returns apply only to the purchase of physical equipment or materials.
Returns must be sent to:

We do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery (COD).

We collect only the personal data necessary to process your order and provide the agreed service:
